By submitting your Review you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
you grant Memo Review Incorporated (A0107833C) (“Memo Review”) an irrevocable, exclusive licence to publish the Review digitially and in hard copy Memo Review publications
you will seek the written agreement of Memo Review if you wish to publish the Review elsewhere
you understand the nature of this irrevocable, perpetual license which is granted to Memo Review by submitting material to Memo Review and acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to raise any questions or queries with Memo Review directly prior to that submission by contacting Memo Review
the license granted is for the purpose of publication by Memo Review only and if Memo Review determines not to publish a review, that license is non-operative.
you are not entitled to any further payment or royalty in the event that the review is published or distributed in hardcopy
You warrant that:
the Review is your original work
if your Review was prepared jointly, you have informed the co-contributors of these terms and conditions and have duly obtained their permission to publish the Review according to these terms and conditions on their behalf
if the copyright in the Review is owned by a third-party (such as your employer) you are duly authorised by the copyright owner to publish the article according to these terms and conditions
the Review is submitted only to Memo Review and has not been published before, has not been included in another manuscript, and is not currently under consideration or accepted for publication elsewhere.
